Key Duties and Responsibilities :

• Support the Affiliate Manager in daily tasks
• Help manage relationships with the affiliate partners
• Research and source new affiliate opportunities and partners
• Help grow revenue for the affiliate marketing channel
• Keep affiliates up to date with the new products, latest company news and promotions
• Produce quality code, raising the bar for team performance and speed
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the application
• Provide needed support to the operations and customer success team
• Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn and interest in SaaS and AI-based products
• Prior understanding of B2B target audience
• Ability to multi-task and take initiative. Also, take direction and absorb information quickly
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with the role you’ve applied for is a plus, even if not professionally
• Interest in working in a fast-paced startup
• Basic Knowledge of using one or more tools like – ChatGPT, Google Analytics, content creation etc.
