The Business Development Manager spearheads the identification of new companies and contacts to generate leads, utilizing a blend of email outreach and direct phone engagement. This role entails cultivating relationships, qualifying prospects, arranging meetings, and securing deals. Additionally, the incumbent will manage leads provided by the marketing team. We seek an assertive individual eager to engage with prospects via phone. Availability within US time zones is a prerequisite.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively explore new sales opportunities through strategic channels, including email, calls, networking, and social media.
  • Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate genuine interest in our offerings.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our products and services effectively.
  • Drive negotiations, close deals, and explore upselling opportunities.
  •  Leverage your experience in selling digital marketing solutions, demonstrating a keen understanding of SAAS/PAAS subscription models. Prior exposure to the eCommerce sector is a plus.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and marketing to optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Showcase strong organizational skills, focus, and a results-oriented approach.
  • Work independently while also contributing to the success of our remote team.


  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with e-Commerce, Content, and SEO industries.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Availability during North American business hours (6:30 pm to 3:30 am India time).
  • Ability to thrive independently and contribute effectively to a remote team environment.
