Job Summary:

We are looking for an exceptional leader to lead our growing product team. You will lead the product communication and strategy and closely work with the company’s stakeholders. The ideal candidate is an experienced product manager who likes to take up new challenges and build innovative solutions.

• Build product strategy aligned with company vision, create a road map and manage the entire product
• Work with various stakeholders in the company to understand the product requirements
• Continuously interact with the customers to understand their pain points and usage of the product.
• Identify innovative solutions to solve the customer’s pain points
• Define, build and monitor the relevant company KPIs
• Define, build and monitor the relevant company KPIs
• Work with the team to build prototypes of new features or improve existing features

• At least 8 years of experience in the field of product management, of which 3 years are on eCommerce-based Marketing Technology or SaaS products
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in an international multi-site environment
• Strong analytical skills and experience working on big data analytics
• Great communication and people skills with a high level of assertiveness
• Highly effective cross-functional team management
• Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Experience in building AI & ML products is a big plus
• Experience in a Product Marketing role is a plus
